New Team Members
Bligh Tanner is pleased to announce the welcoming of new team members Jathu Jatheeshan, Madeleine Greenlee, Kesa Sivakumar, Carlos Gambirazio, Owain Meyer and Tim Day.
Dr Jathu Jatheeshan attained his PHD in Structural Engineering at the Queensland University of Technology. He has over five years experience in the construction industry. During this period he has established a strong focus on undertaking challenging and innovative projects which contribute to the solution of real-world problems. He will be joining the BT team as a structural engineer.
Madeleine Greenlee is a Senior Water and Environmental engineer at Bligh Tanner. She has civil and environmental engineering experience in both Australia and the USA as well as a Master of Science in Integrated Water Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Maddie has combined a strong technical foundation with an integrated lens, thus developing a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to water management.
Possessing a PHD in Structural Engineering at the Queensland University of Technology, Kesa has established particular expertise in the field of structural, facade engineering during his career in the construction industry. Dr Kesa Sivakumar excels in challenging work experiences where he can utilise his knowledge, creativity and skills to produce innovative, economical and sustainable solutions for clients and the community. Bligh Tanner is happy to have him on board as the newest Structural Facade Engineer.
Carlos Gambirazio graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with first class honours in 2017 with a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Since joining Bligh Tanner as a Civil and Water Engineer, Carlos has been involved in a variety of civil and environmental engineering applications, including investigating the velocity extent of Green Valley Creek.
Owain Meyer is the latest addition to Bligh Tanner’s Civil Design team. In his role as Civil Cadet Designer, Owain looks forward to developing his skills in an environment which empowers innovative and creative solutions.
Tim Day graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours in 2010. Tim’s project work post graduation has included structural design, documentation, and inspection during construction, of a wide range of building projects including retail, energy, health and aged care. He will be joining the BT team as a structural engineer.
