Finding passion and work – How Stephanie Brown came to work at Bligh Tanner

Stephanie Brown is a Civil and Water Engineer whose journey with Bligh Tanner began in 2015, during the final year of her Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Queensland.

In early 2015, Steph approached Alan Hoban, Director of Water & Environment, seeking support to complete her undergraduate thesis. A further goal in mind, was to work with Bligh Tanner when she graduated. To hear Steph’s story, as well as suggestions for students who may be in the process of applying for jobs, watch this video with Ideanthro’s Jack Mullaly. Together, Jack and Steph explore how and very importantly, why, Steph came to work at Bligh Tanner.

What is Ideanthro?
Ideanthro is the brain child of Jack Mullaly, who produces educational and topical videos in the field of water sensitive urban design, with a mission to share knowledge and curate interesting discussion. To find out more about Ideanthro, or seek understanding on the many wonders of water sensitive urban design, check out the website.
