Integrated Water Management
Setting international benchmarks
in environment + water
Bligh Tanner has set international benchmarks for its innovative integrated water management projects.
We seek to reduce the pressure of modern development on the water environment and create new development opportunities in an increasingly regulated landscape—balancing development objectives and sustainability initiatives. Sensitive environments and limited water supply need not be a constraint to development.
Our water quality scientists have assisted dozens of Councils and water utilities with the management and improvement of their drinking, recycled, and treated effluent water quality.
Through the development of risk assessments, management plans and operating procedures, as well as conducting practical on-site investigations, Bligh Tanner assists water utilities to better manage their treatment plants and pipe networks, and lower the risk to public health and the environment.
Our expertise in this area has led to us being awarded repeat contracts with NSW Health for the past three years, to support local governments in NSW in improving their drinking water management practices.
