  • Master Plan aims to reduce the demand for drinking water by nearly 85%, using rainwater, recycled water and water conservation to supply the community's initiatives.
  • Reductions in wastewater flows achieved using reduced infiltration gravity sewers (RIGS).
  • Water-sensitive urban stormwater design minimises runoff rates and improves runoff quality into local waterways.

  • Awnings, breezeways, glass roofs and innovative water features that combine to cool the community areas naturally are part of the efficient design and materials selection.

  • The design worked with the natural contours and around existing trees to maintain biodiversity and retain local vegetation.
