David Hamlyn-Harris is BT's Principal Water and Environment Engineer with 28 years experience across all aspects of municipal water and wastewater engineering. While his experience includes strategic, conceptual and detailed design for a range of water management projects, he has developed a particular interest in integrated water management systems including the incorporation of rainwater tanks and water recycling into urban water infrastructure. Recent significant projects include development of integrated water management strategies for the Gold Coast Waterfuture Projects, updating the EPA's Queensland Water Recycling Strategy Action Plan and developing innovative integrated water management systems for residential developments, including The Ecovillage at Currumbin and Capo di Monte Retirement Village at Mount Tamborine.
