Madeleine has civil and environmental engineering experience in both Australia and the USA. As a Master of Science in Integrated Water Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, she has combined a strong technical foundation with an integrated lens, thus developing a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to water management. Madeleine offers a high level of expertise in: strategic planning, integrated water management, collaborative engagement, program evaluation, storm water management design, floodplain studies and analysis, and hydrologic and hydraulic structure design and modelling. Madeleine works passionately to improve upon how we develop, rehabilitate, and utilise innovative, strategic project development ideas through significant work.
Madeleine was recently recognized as an Emerging Young Water Professional through the International River Foundation and received Dean’s Commendation for her Master’s thesis studying,” The Effectiveness of Report Cards in influencing decision making and behaviour change: A comparative study of South East Queensland (SEQ) and the Great Barrier Reef”.
