Ashley Flower
Principal Civil Designer
Ashley Flower is a Principal Civil Designer at Bligh Tanner Pty Ltd. His expertise spans the road, rail, water, sewer, and sediment control divisions, with specialised experience in road projects. With a decade of diverse industry experience, Ashley has an outstanding command of 12D, AutoCAD and SketchUp programs enabling him to visually articulate design concepts, ranging from preliminary to highly detailed. He works interactively with clients to facilitate their comprehensive understanding of design solutions.
Recently, Ashley played a key role in ‘The Milton’ Apartments development; he designed, documented, and provided construction support to provide utilities (water, sewer and stormwater systems) for the apartments and road upgrades to the surrounding area. Ashley was also involved with the Bunnings Toowoomba development, designing and documenting all external roadworks associated with the sizable project. This demanded the utmost care in designing in and around a plethora of services and heritage-listed assets.
Ashley is dedicated to developing a clear understanding of clients’ goals and always looks for opportunities to refine designs. In the past, Ashley has worked with AECOM in both Townsville and Brisbane. Ashley has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Business.
